Russ came to our home with many samples of styles and colors that were available to us. He also gave us a start date and an approximate finish day. In a matter 4 days our siding project was complete.

By 5:30 PM of the same day, the damaged roof had been torn off, the new roof put on, the debris picked up, and the surrounding area had been completely cleaned.

Now that the final inspection is complete, I want to express my thanks for a project that exceeded my expectations.

All phases went very well, but I was especially impressed by the excavation crew and Grady and Tony just did a tremendous job putting everything together and what a pleasure to deal with.

The one issue I would like to bring up is the ceiling fan. It was a disappointment that the electrician had to remove the dimmer and speed control. I had asked the sales clerk if the fan would allow these features and he indicated it would. Now I hear a noise not heard previously and fear it may have been damaged. If you stop by sometime maybe you can verify this and maybe we can work something out.

I would be happy to be a reference if any of your potential customers want to hear from a satisfied customer.
